If ordered before 18:00, the package will be sent the same day. When the package actually arrives at your home depends on the busyness of PostNL.

NL: €7.50. We offer free shipping within the Netherlands for orders over €50.
BE: €11,-. We offer free shipping to Belgium from an order amount of €75
DE: €11,-. We offer free shipping to Germany from an order amount of €75
Track your package:
We ship standard with PostNL, you will also receive a track & trace from here to know when your package has been shipped and will arrive at you.
Returns:
You may return your package within 14 days without giving a reason, this can be done by sending us a message and indicating this. We will then give you the return address. It is also possible to use the withdrawal form . After you have indicated that you want to return the product, you will have another 14 days to return the product. You will also be refunded within those 14 days. Of course, only once we have received the product again.
Returning the package is at your own expense. If it is under warranty, the costs will of course be reimbursed. If there are products in a hygiene seal that you have opened, we cannot accept these for return. Think of lubricant and sex toys, for example.
If your package cannot be delivered, it will be taken to a collection point. If you do not pick it up there, we unfortunately have to charge €8.39 for return shipping costs for packages in the Netherlands. For packages sent to another country, a different rate applies depending on the return costs. Once the package is back with us, your order will be (partially) cancelled. Warranty:
We offer a 60 day guarantee on all sex toys and bdsm items. On other items the guarantee is reasonable.
