Warranty
We offer a 60 day guarantee on all sex toys and bdsm items, except for the fleshlight. On the other items the guarantee is reasonable. Sometimes there is a longer guarantee by the manufacturer, in that case the guarantee runs through the manufacturer.
We do not offer warranty if damage is caused by improper use or negligence, such as water, drop or impact damage.
To register an item for warranty, you can send an email, including proof of purchase, to: info@nachtfeestwinkel.nl . We will do our best to answer as soon as possible. If your complaint is found to be justified, we will provide a refund or free replacement of the product.
